Most of our products are handmade. Capacity varies with product complexity and order size. During regular mass production, we can scale up by adding more weavers as needed.

We do not currently have one, but we can arrange an audit upon request.

Yes. We support sample-making based on pictures, and both size and color can be customized to your specifications.

For customized items, the MOQ is 100 pcs per SKU. For our stocked items, the MOQ is 10–20 pieces.

For in‑stock samples, lead time is around 3 days. The sample fee is 2× the product cost. For new developments based on pictures, the fee ranges from 100 to 300 RMB per style, depending on the complexity of pattern breakdown. The sample fee is refundable when the order for that style reaches 5,000 RMB.

We do not hold certifications at present, but we can obtain them if required.

We implement a strict four-stage quality inspection process, including incoming inspection of raw materials upon warehousing, random sampling inspection during production, 100% full inspection before packaging, and final random sampling inspection prior to shipment.

We accept T/T, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and other commonly used methods.

For in‑stock items, shipment is made within 2 days. For customized orders, lead time is 7–30 days.
